Project Description

MyBill Tech Portal serves as an internal assistance system for field technicians.

Challenge

The system is concurrently utilized by online support teams and on-field support personnel.

What I did

  • Establishing goals and objectives
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews
  • Structuring Information Architecture
  • Designing user flows
  • Developing wireframes
  • Creating low-fidelity prototypes
  • Executing high-fidelity designs
  • Conducting user testing and iterating user flows based on feedback from the field
  • Building UI from scratch using Bootstrap

What are the goals of the project?

To develop a ticketing system for the online team and on-field support team that enables simultaneous use by both parties.
